Move to “my.webrootanywhere.com” and it on the “Sign up now” and complete your registration details.
When SecureWeb validates your Webroot credentials, a green check mark will show the key icon.
Restart your computer and check if your Webroot SecureWeb is working correctly or not. If yes then fine.

After following these given instructions, if you’re still encountering this issue again, it’s possible the problem could be linked to the permissions granted to your account.
To check your account permissions, sign into http://my.webrootanywhere.com.
Hit on your email address at the top right of the console.
Then click on the “Manage Users,” and hit on the “little person” by using pencil icon on the right side of your screen.
Then ensure that all of the values for your user are correct to either access or admin level and that there are checks in the Passwords and Passwords Services boxes.
If you get that anything is not right to that level and cannot be changed or a box is not checked, and the value cannot be changed, please connect Webroot customer support.
